Whether you're doing it yourself or having it done by a contractor, renovating your house can be a time bomb - and a costly one - if the work is not done right.

Our expertise can be used to:

  • Pre-Job; Look at the framing without opening up the wall

  • Determine level of insulation and type at any stage of work.

  • During Job; Act as a project inspector/manager to ensure the project is being done "right"!

  • Post Job; Verify framework, insulation, plumbing, HVAC, electrical etc.  after renovations are complete. Advise on curative actions to be taken to correct a deficient situation.

We use Thermographic Imaging to inspect where the flashlight doesn't see!

Indoors, one of the classic home remodeling tips is to maximize resale value by spending  your money "where the water is".  This means kitchens and bathrooms.  Also, having a good trim carpenter install fine crown molding, etc. can really dress up your house.

Outdoors, the "shell" has to be in good condition. This means the outside veneer (brick, siding etc.), masonry, caulking, rain/snow drainage, roof, windows and doors, all have to be in good condition.

Out expertise can be used to make a pick list of the most important components to prioritize for renovation.
